Kate Mason is the founder and CEO of Self Energy, a global leadership coaching, executive team and board advisory practice. She is a NonExecutive Director of STUFF Global, a Director on the Global Forum Development Committee for the International Women’s Forum and a member of the Advisory Board of WithYouWithMe. Kate was most recently the Group Director, People & Culture for Coca-Cola Amatil, where she co-led the transition of ownership from Coca Cola Amatil to Coca Cola Europacific Partners. She is also a past President of the International Women’s Forum in Australia and previously was the Chairman of the NSW Advisory Board for the Starlight Children’s Foundation and Board Director for the Coca-Cola Australia Foundation. Kate ran her own successful startup TST Learning, ran global teams at Credit Suisse and Amcor and gained her early experience at Austrade and Arthur Andersen. Mentoring and coaching leaders for over 30 years, Kate particularly supports the success of women leaders as a coach, mentor and adviser. She is a sought-after speaker on the future of work, business transformation, culture, leadership and the power of diversity. Kate is recognised among the top 100 Global Human Resource Directors in 2021 and was recognised by the University of Canberra with a Distinguished Alumni Excellence in Business, Government and Law Award.
