Kiera is partner in litigation and public law at Marque Lawyers; a Sydney commercial law firm with the object of using law as a forced for good. She is on the Advisory Council of the climate impact election group Climate 200 and was formerly company secretary of Conscious Capitalism Australia.



Kiera has run a number of strategic public interest cases, including securing medical evacuations of seriously ill refugees from Nauru, challenging the federal government's India travel ban, clarifying the law on misleading and deceptive conduct in relation to election advertising, and defending a protestor against claims by Adani Mining.
